시작-실행-regedit-

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\View Source Editor\Editor Name으로 가세요

View Source Editor\Editor Name 이키가 없으면 만들어주세요

그런다음 Editor Name으로 가서 기본값에 원하는 에이터 경로를 적어주면 됩니다


아래 파일은 gvim7 로 기본 설정하는 레지스트리 파일 :-)
